Q + A

When and how do I RSVP?

You will RSVP once we send out our official invitations, as of now we have just sent out Save The Dates. Room booking will be available on our website once formal invitations are sent.

Can I stay at another resort?

You can, but we'd really prefer if you stayed at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. It keeps things much more organized for us and who wouldn't want to be on site with the bride & groom anyways?!

When can I check in?

Check in is at 4pm. You cannot check in earlier. If you arrive early they will hold your bags and give you a ticket to hold onto when you need to come back to get your bags. You'll be given your wristband and can begin using the property and everything that is included within the all inclusive plan. Once check in time begins, head back up, grab your bags and you will be good to head to your room - your bracelet is also your room key.

Are my kids invited?

To keep things as simple as we could, kids are not invited unless they are children of a family member. Family members, please reach out to Ben or I to confirm whether or not you are bringing your children.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

In April, daily high temperatures increase by 3°F, from 82°F to 85°F, rarely falling below 77°F or exceeding 90°F. Daily low temperatures increase by 3°F, from 64°F to 67°F, rarely falling below 60°F or exceeding 71°F. For reference, on August 5, the hottest day of the year, temperatures in Cabo San Lucas typically range from 79°F to 91°F, while on January 22, the coldest day of the year, they range from 61°F to 79°F.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The reception will be taking place in an area with grass. Ladies, think about your heels. The reception will be located at the Sky Pool overlooking the ocean. Golf carts will take guests from ceremony to reception for cocktail hour and little bites.

Pueblo Bonito is so big. How do I get around the property?

You are more than welcome to walk around the beautiful property to check out the grounds but most people will opt for a golf cart! There are little "bus stops" with phones to call the carts which take about 2-3 minutes to arrive. You can also call a cart from your room before exiting to explore the property.

Can I golf?

There is a golf course right next door at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. Sunset Beach has shuttles that will take you there for your Tee time.

Is my all inclusive useable at other resorts?

Yes! If you choose to venture out to other Pueblo Bonito resorts your wrist band will allow you to eat & drink at select restaurants as well as use the other properties amenities.

What are the restaurants on property?

To find out more about the restaurants copy & paste the URL listed below into your browser. Speaking from personal experience when Ben & I went to check the property out we were blown away by Zao Shen and Tazuna. All the food on the property is spectacular, however, I thought I would mention that we were particularly impressed with those 2 dinner restaurants. https://www.pueblobonito.com/resorts/sunset-beach/cabo-dining

The timeshare people.. how do I deal with them?

The "timeshare" folks should only approach you when you are in the main building for check in or eating at the bistro below. To avoid them, just check in and get a golf cart to your room or restaurant / pool on property if you arrive before 4pm. They do not roam the property, just the main building. We have spoken with the hotel to try and avoid them approaching our guests, but at the end of the day, it's their job. Just politely decline and head to another area after check in.
